EVENT POLICY/ CLIENT AGREEMENT

AGREEMENT TERMS:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INVOICE IS THE AGREEMENT/CONTRACT.

ANY RETAINER PLACED TOWARDS ANY SERVICE BINDS CLIENT TO OUR POLICIES

ALL OVERPAYMENTS WILL BE APPLIED AS A CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND *MAY*(EXCLUSIONS APPLY) BE USED FOR FUTURE EVENTS/SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT

  • A  JOEROCKS ENTERTAINMENT INVOICE IS A BINDING CONTRACT/AGREEMENT
  • JOEROCKS ENTERTAINMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE BEFORE, AND DURING AN ACTIVE CONTRACT. (THIS POLICY IS RESERVED FOR EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES)
  • ONLY A RETAINER WILL CONFIRM A SCHEDULED EVENT
  • EVENT BALANCE IS DUE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. IF BALANCE IS NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE THEN IT IS AN UNDERSTOOD CANCELATION AND EVENT DATE IS THEN FORFEITED BY CLIENT. JOEROCKS ENTERTAINMENT POLICY IS STILL IN EFFECT.
  • IN THE EVENT OF EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS OR A NATURAL DISASTER, JOEROCKS WILL WORK WITH CLIENT TO RESCHEDULE AN EVENT. (DATE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.)
  • PERMISSION TO PERFORM WITH NO-FEE, NO-FEE PARKING ACCESS AND ELEVATOR ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED BY CLIENT.
  • ADDITIONAL SETUP FEES ASSESSED BY VENUES FOR ANY JOEROCKS SERVICES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT NAMED ON THE JOEROCKS CONTRACT.
  • AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO CLIENT FOR MEETING OR SITE VISIT 20 MILES FROM OUR LOCATION.
  • CLIENT AGREES TO PROVIDE ALL EVENT INFORMATION (ANNOUNCEMENTS, NAMES, SPECIAL DANCES, ITINERARY, MUSIC LIST ETC.) 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. *PLEASE NOTE THAT ANNOUNCEMENT MIX UPS DUE TO POOR PLANNING, LAST MINUTE PLANNING, AND LAST MINUTE NON LEGIBLE SCRIBBLE IS NOT THE LIABILITY OF JOEROCKS ENTERTAINMENT.
  • CLIENT WILL PROVIDE JOEROCKS STAFF AND EQUIPMENT WITH PROTECTION AGAINST THE ELEMENTS (WEATHER/SUN).
  • CLIENT WILL PROVIDE ACCESS TO SUFFICIENT POWER WITHIN 25 FEET.
  • AMPLE SETUP TIME (A MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT START TIME.
  • CLIENT AGREES TO CONTROL ACTIONS OF ANY PERSON(S) AT THE RECEPTION AND ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEM.
  • CLIENT WILL HOLD JOEROCKS, STAFF AND AFFILIATES HARMLESS OF LIABILITY CONCERNING GUESTS, VENUE, OR PERFORMANCE.
  • CLIENT WILL HOLD JOEROCKS, STAFF AND AFFILIATES HARMLESS OF LIABILITY DUE TO UNRESPONSIVE GUESTS DURING THE PERFORMANCE. *PLEASE NOTE THAT EVENT OUTCOME HAS SEVERAL VARIABLES AND JOEROCKS ENTERTAINMENT WILL PERFORM TO THE BEST OF IT’S ABILITIES AT ALL TIMES.
  • JOEROCKS ENTERTAINMENT MAY CANCEL PERFORMANCE OR SERVICES FOR SAFETY CONCERNS WITHOUT A REFUND.
  • EQUIPMENT CAN ONLY BE USED BY JOEROCKS STAFF.
  • EQUIPMENT CAN ONLY BE USED DURING CONTRACTED TIME. ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO CONTRACTED TIME IS NOT ALLOWED AND UNAUTHORIZED USE WILL RESULT IN CANCELATION OF EVENT WITHOUT A REFUND.
  • ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUESTED THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON THE CONTRACT WILL BE CHARGED TO CLIENT ACCORDINGLY AND DUE AT TIME OF REQUEST.
  • WHEN ACQUIRING OUR PARTY FAVORS, WHETHER IN A PACKAGE OR BY THEM SELVES, PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE EXPECTED OUTCOME AND WILLINGNESS OF GUEST PARTICIPATION IS NOT UP TO PAR, THE FAVORS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT AND NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE APPLIED TO THE CLIENT.
  • SERVICES AND TIME OF SERVICES MAY NOT BE MANIPULATED BY CLIENT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.
  • MUSIC PREFERENCE IS ASSURED ALTHOUGH SPECIFIC TITLES REQUESTED ON SITE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
  • ANY RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON PERFORMANCE WILL COMPROMISE OUR ABILITY TO DELIVER A QUALITY SHOW.
  • JOEROCKS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISCOMMUNICATION OR PERFORMANCE ABILITY OF EVENT /WEDDING PLANNERS.
  • JOEROCKS ENTERTAINMENT IS A MULTI-OP BUSINESS. MEANING THAT WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE ENTERTAINER REPRESENTING JOEROCKS. DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, JOEROCKS WILL ASSIGN AN ENTERTAINER TO YOUR EVENT. ALL ENTERTAINERS ARE EQUALLY TRAINED, QUALIFIED AND EQUIPPED.
  • A RETURNED CHECK FEE OF $50.00 WILL BE ASSESSED

CANCELATION POLICY:

  • RETAINER (OR ANY MONIES) RECEIVED FOR SERVICES IS NON-REFUNDABLE
  • CHANGE OR POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT DATE/TIME AFTER RETAINER FEE IS RECEIVED IS REGARDED AS A CANCELATION.
  • MORE THAN 180 DAYS TO EVENT DATE – THE CLIENT MAY CANCEL WITH NO FURTHER OBLIGATION.
  • BETWEEN 180 DAYS AND 90 DAYS TO EVENT DATE- 50% OF THE REMAING BALANCE IS DUE.
  • 60 DAYS OR LESS TO THE EVENT DATE – 100% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE BY THE CANCELLED EVENT DATE.
  • REBOOKING A POSTPONED DATE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND NEW CONTRACT WITH A NEW RETAINER IS REQUIRED.
  • CLIENT MUST PROVIDE A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION ACKNOWLEDGING THE CANCELATION/CHANGE OF THE EVENT TO JOEROCKS ENTERTAINMENT.
